Homemade Cheesecake IceCream - No Churn Recipe



Preparation Time: 20 minutes

Cooking Time: Freeze Overnight

Makes:Approximately 1 Litre

Ingredients you will need:

  • 250g Cream Cheese, softened
  • 395g can Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 600ml Heavy Cream, whipped to stiff peaks
  • 2 tsp. Vanilla Essence
  • 1/2 cup Strawberry Jam

How to make this recipe:

  1. In a large bowl, mix the softened cream cheese, sweetened condensed milk and vanilla essense together. 
  2. Fold in whipped cream, untl completely folded through. Be gentle, so not to deflate the mixture. 
  3. Pour 1/2 mixture into a 1.5 litre freezer proof container. Place 1/3 jam ontop in dollops, using a butter knife to swirl this through the ice cream mixture. Top with another third of the ice cream mixture and jam and swirl through, then repeat for the final third. 
  4. Melt chocolate and place into one of the bowls with condensed milk, add vanilla paste to another and strawberry and food colouring in the last bowl. Mix each well until combined.
  5. Place in freezer and allow to freeze overnight, before serving. 

Note: You can also add cookie crumbs/pieces through the mixture, if desired.
Serving Suggestions:
 Serve with your favourite ice cream toppings. I like to serve this with cookie crumbs.
