Herb Roasted Drumsticks with Rosemary Potatoes
Ingredients you will need:
- 3 tsp. Dried Rosemary
- 3 tsp. Dried Thyme
- 4 Garlic Cloves, minced
- 2 tsp. Seasoned Salt* See Note
- Grated zest of 1 Lemon
- 6 tsp. Olive Oil
- 8 Chicken Drumsticks
Potatoes - 8 Small Potatoes, peeled and cut in half or quarters
- 8 tsp. Olive Oil
- 1 tsp. Rosemary
- 1 tsp. Seasoned Salt* See Note
How to make this recipe:
- Combine all chicken ingredients together in a bowl, rub chicken drumsticks and coat well. Marinade for 4 hours.
- Preheat oven to 200C.
- Combine Potatoes, Olive oil, Rosemary, and Seasoned Salt. Toss to coat well. Place into a large baking tray, place marinaded chicken in between potatoes and bake for 60 minutes or until potatoes are tender and chicken is cooked through.
- Remove from oven and serve.
Serving Suggestions: Serve with a side salad or steamed vegetables.
