Chocolate Peanut Butter Spiders

Chocolate Peanut Butter spiders were one of my favourite party treats when I was a child. Sadly, my mum never made them but the mum of a good friend did and I would love when she would serve them at birthday parties or to school 'bring a plate' days.

The great thing is, they are so simple to make and a fantastic addition to kids birthday party snack tables and it's really easy to include kids when making these as well.

Preparation Time: 20 minutes

Serves: 20-24

Ingredients you will need:

  • 200g Dark or Milk Chocolate
  • 2 tbsp. Peanut Butter (crunchy or smooth - it's your choice)
  • 100g Fried Noodles *See note

How to make this recipe:

  1. Melt the chocolate and peanut butter together until smooth. Add the fried noodles and coat well with chocolate mixture
  2. On a baking per-lined tray place heaped teaspoon-sized portions and allow to set completely at room temperature or in the fridge. Store in an airtight container in a cool place or in the fridge.

Note: I use Chang's brand fried noodles. If you can't find Chang's brand where you are, use a type of fried noodles that is typically used for Asian salads.
