Easy Chicken Fajitas
For this recipe you will need:
- 1 tsp. Olive Oil
- 3 cups Capsicum, sliced
- 2 cups Brown Onion, sliced
- 500 gm Chicken Breast, sliced
- 2 tsp. Taco/Mexican Seasoning
- 1 jar Salsa, heat level as you prefer
- 8 Tortillas
Step 1. Add oil to the pan, heat over medium-high heat. Add the capsicum and onions and cook until tender, stirring occasionally. Remove from pan and set aside.
Step 2. Add chicken to pan. Sprinkle with Taco/Mexican seasoning. Cook until no longer pink.
Step 3. Return peppers and onion to skillet. Add salsa and cook until hot. Divide between tortillas.
Serve as is or with sour cream.
