Healthy Chicken Parma
You will need:
- 2 Chicken Breasts, Sliced in half lengthways
- 1/2 tbsp. Olive Oil
- 1/4 tsp. Salt
- 1/8 tsp. Pepper
- 1/3 cup Pizza Sauce (or 1/3 cup tomato paste with 1 tsp. Oregano, mixed in)
- 1/2 - 3/4 cup Mozzarella Cheese
Step 1. Preheat oven to 180C
Step 2. Coat your chicken breast pieces with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
Step 3. Place chicken breast pieces on the baking paper-lined tray. Top with pizza sauce and cheese.
Step 4. Bake for 20 minutes or until cheese is melted and golden on top.
Serve with steamed vegetables, chips or salad
Note: This recipe serves two. Double or Triple this recipe to feed more people.
