Beef Macaroni


  • 125 gm Macaroni, cooked
  • 1 tbsp. Olive Oil
  • 1 Onion, chopped
  • 1/2 green Capsicum, chopped finely
  • 2 rashers Bacon, chopped finely
  • 3/4 cup Beef Stock
  • 215 gm Tomato Puree
  • 1 tbsp. Tomato Paste
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Step 1. Cook Macaroni in salted water until just tender. Drain and set aside

Step 2. Add oil to a non-stick pan and saute Onion, Capsicum and Bacon in a large pan until onion is translucent

Step 3. Add mince, stirring constantly until well browned. Then add tomato puree, stock, tomato paste. Season with salt and pepper.

Step 4. Simmer covered for 15 minutes. Remove from heat and add cooked macaroni. Serve with Salad or Vegetables of your choice.
