No Bake Cheesecake
If I'm being quite honest, I didn't think this was going to work. When I first looked at the recipe, I thought there wasn't enough cream cheese to other ingredients. Boy was I wrong. This is the quickest, easiest and most delicious no bake cheesecake that I've made. Not to mention that I didn't need to bring out any hard to clean kitchen appliances. All I used was a bowl, whisk and spatula.
If you're a fan of a cheesecake, particularly lemon cheesecake, then you need to try this. You only need 5 ingredients and you can whip it up in less than 15 minutes. So if you're expecting guests in the evening and need to get dessert together in a pinch, this ones got you covered. It also cost me less than $8.00 to make. Which is way cheaper than any cheesecake that you're going to buy from a store (at least near me).

To make this recipe you will need:
125g Milk Arrowroot Biscuits, Crushed ($1.09)
1/4 cup Butter, melted ($0.50)
250 gm Cream Cheese ($4.30)
395 gm Sweetened Condensed Milk ($1.60)
0.5 cup Lemon Juice ($0.50)
