Philly Cheesesteak
Matt and I visited Philadelphia a few years ago and fell in love with the Philly cheese steak. We often make this recipe as a quick, easy and cheap meal that takes us back to eating our lunchtime Philly Cheesesteak at the Reading Terminal Market, amoungst other places. Unfortunately on this day, all the provolone at my local supermarket was sold out, so I settled for tasty cheese instead. This delicious and easy to prepare meal is great for a lazy weeknight dinner, a weekend treat and even works well to serve up to all the hungry fans on game day!
