Chicken & Cashew Stir-fry



You could spend $15 - $20 for one serving of stir fry at the local takeaway, or you could make a big batch of this delicious Chicken & Cashew Stir-fry that's dressed in a delicious oyster and soy sauce.

Not only is this much cheaper than ordering out, it's also much healthier, but with all the flavour.

To make this recipe you will need:

  • 500g Chicken Breast, cut into thin, bite size strips
  • 1.5 tbsp. Oil
  • 2 tbsp. Oyster Sauce
  • 1 tbsp. Soy Sauce
  • 1/3 cup Chicken Stock
  • 2 tsp. Corn Flour
  • 1 Onion, Thinly sliced
  • 1 large Carrot, thinly sliced in battons
  • 150g Snow Peas
  • 200g Baby Corn, halved
  • 2 Garlic cloves, Crushed
